This is an online auction website, and, as such, it enables its users to review the displayed material and bid for lots offered for sale. You need to become a registered user in order to bid and make purchases at our auctions. To achieve this, you must provide your full name, a valid email address and some additional information required in the registration form. Upon completing the registration process, you will be given a username and password enabling you to access our services. Be advised that you should keep your username and password safe; we cannot and will not be held accountable for any losses and damages you have incurred as a result of your negligence in this regard. As the administrator, we will keep records of all the registered users of our website. Also, we will do our best to verify the identity of our registered users and the information they provide.

Registration and bidding for goods on our website is FREE of charge.

If you make a typing error while placing a bid, you need to contact us immediately and your bid will be annulled. You must not do anything to prevent us from getting offers that can outmatch yours. Once the bid deadline has been reached, you will receive a notification from us as to whether you are the highest bidder. If this is the case, you agree to buy the goods at your stated price. The payment can be made exclusively through PayPal or Wire Transfer (IBAN/BIC transfer within SEPA). Credit cards are accepted only via PayPal security system. The deadline for payment is 5 working days counting from the first day after the completion of an auction. As the winning bidder, you must pay all the obligations within this deadline if you want to avoid paying additional interest, penalties and surcharges. We may choose to suspend our services to you until you fulfill your obligations in this regard.

Your purchased item will be sent to you within 3 working days after your payment has been received. The item will be securely packed and sent by Airmail as priority registered mailpiece with tracking number.

Import duties, taxes and other expenses are excluded from the item price and shipping costs. You are advised to check with your customs office as to what additional fees are charged for importing goods to your country prior to bidding for and purchasing items through our website. As a rule, these fees are collected on delivery and should not be confused for additional shipping costs. Also, bear in mind that we are prohibited by law to underrate the value of the items we are delivering or to label them as “gifts”.

As the owners and administrators of this website, we agree to provide specific services to you following a service request signed by both our parties. As the user of these services, you guarantee that you can fulfill all the obligations – including, but not limited to, financial ones – arising from our mutual agreement. All the information you provide pertaining to your legal capacity to contract as an individual must be accurate and verifiable. If the agreement does not state otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel any service requests at our sole discretion. If this be the case, you will be duly refunded for any services paid in advance.

You cannot delegate your right to use our services to any third party without our written approval to do so. Failure to comply with this clause can lead to revocation of your user privileges. Furthermore, your right to use our services is subject to immediate termination in case we determine that 1) you have tried to introduce malicious software into, or otherwise harm, our security mechanisms, 2) your account has been used for fraudulent activities, 3) the way you use our services can cause us or other registered users to come to harm. In the above cases, we will erase your data unless we have previously agreed to offer you some sort of post-termination assistance. However, we may charge additional fees for such assistance, and all the amounts for the services we have provided prior to the termination will promptly become payable.

We guarantee 1) that our staff is fully knowledgeable and capable of providing all the services offered on this website, 2) that all our activities related to running this website are permitted by, and in line with, applicable laws and regulations, 3) that the integrity of your data will be preserved in the course of any and all manipulations thereof.

The agreement between you and us comes into effect the moment you become a registered user of our website and start using our services. If any of our two parties perceives a certain condition arising from the other party’s actions as a breach of this agreement, it can 1) bring the matter to the other party’s attention and, if this yields no result, take legal steps to make the other party comply with the agreement, 2) immediately cancel the agreement, 3) seek compensation for damages from the other party. If the parties cannot resolve their dispute through negotiation or mediation by a third party of their mutual choosing, they can seek arbitration before the District Court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
